Remote Support Information

Genostech will not be responsible for the any loss or corruption of data resulting from any work performed via Remote Desktop Support. We kindly ask all individuals to ensure they have a recent backup before a Remote Desktop Support session is arranged.

Remote Desktop Support is charged per 30 minute session. Charges will be made in the first minutes of each consecutive session up to a maximum of two hours.

If a Remote Desktop Support session is unsuccessful in resolving the issue you have, a full refund will be made within 10 working days. This refund is not available for diagnostics only work.

Remote Desktop Support for diagnostics only will only be charged the initial fee and will not incurr any additional charges even if the session lasts longer than 30 minutes.
